Stayed at the awesome Venetian, though I think Rio or Monte Carlo is really more me. Had dinner twice at the Rio Seafood Buffet, a must-do everytime I go. Missed the kids and glad to be back.
As a physician I've learned many things. First and foremost that tomorrow isn't guaranteed. So live life to the fullest, and truly like everyday is your last day, and life becomes so much richer....
